October gold

In October there is treasure in Vermont. Gold and copper fall from the trees and drift across the grass. The mountains glow.


I laugh at the leaf-peepers, but honestly, they come to see a magnificent show!

The colors are just glorious this time of year and I imagine especially in northern Vermont. My parents lived in Stowe for awhile and I adored visiting them there. Your artwork is beautiful. So glad to find your blog and thanks so much for stopping by mine. I'll visit often.
